Former Cellular One and ADT Executive joins Triton Value Partners

ATLANTA - December 9, 2009 - Triton Value Partners is pleased to announce that Ray Gross has joined Triton Value Partners as an Executive in Residence.

The Executive in Residence program was created to give Triton clients access to senior executives who understand how to apply world-class management practices to enhance the profitability and growth of mid-sized companies.

Mr. Gross has held roles as Chairman, CEO, CFO, and Senior VP of Sales and Marketing with both public and private firms with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. Gross has extensive experience in the telecommunications, facility services and security industries.

Most recently, Mr. Gross led a security firm headquartered in Chicago through a complete operational and financial restructuring. This assignment included refinancing as a private entity, an operational reengineering, and a recapitalization for execution of its growth programs.

Ray holds a BS-Commerce with major emphasis in Accounting from Rider University.
