Mr. Kane is a seasoned executive with 25+ years of experience in both public and private global companies serving consumer and industrial products industries. Relevant extensive knowledge includes Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

 

Mr. Kane had progressive Sales Management and Marketing roles at General Electric Company and Woods Industries. While EVP General Manager at Woods, Mr. Kane lead the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of GC/Thorsen Tool, Noma Products, and Contico International LLC into the Katy Industries portfolio. An innovative problem solver and industry leader, Mr. Kane was President of Contico International LLC in St. Louis while concurrently serving as V.P. Maintenance Retail for Katy Industries reporting to the CEO. Prior to joining Triton, Mr. Kane was President of Fiskars School Office & Craft with major concentration in North America and Europe. Mr. Kane is a graduate of Bryant College ( Smithfield, RI ) and is a recipient of the Claiborne Pell award for Excellence.
